LSI = (Involved / Uninvolved) × 100Involved and uninvolved limbs are assigned consistently before calculation, so LSI is reproducible across sessions and testers.
H:Q Ratio
H:Q = Hamstring peak torque / Quadriceps peak torqueCalculated per limb from normalized peak torque and reported against a configurable reference range.
Side-to-side Difference
Diff = (Uninvolved − Involved) / Uninvolved × 100Reported as a percentage difference between limbs. We use this neutral term rather than 'deficit'.
